After booking the ONSITE consultancy and paying the fee (from £250 for two rooms, refundable on order), we will move into the interior design concept development stage, taking our first steps towards bringing your project to life. A site visit is necessary to measure and photograph your space so that we have the information we need. Catalogues and samples will be viewed and discussed to enable us to generate the mood /sample board. Then we are able to provide you with detailed estimates. Committing your plan to paper provides everyone involved with the facts they need to do their job efficiently with your best interest being paramount.

After booking a Virtual consultancy (and paying the non refundable fee of £150 for up to two rooms) the design process will be conducted along the lines of the Onsite service. The difference being it will all take place online, via email, Skype, Face time or links.

After discussing and looking at fabrics and items relating to your room(s) you will be furnished with full details of all products. You are then able to make your purchases online or through a supplier local to you. This is a Design only service and does not offer project management.

Using our understanding of what you want, your budget and the time line for project completion, we’re ready to enhance your vision.
We will discuss the different materials that can be used for the floors, walls, curtains and furniture. Delivering your project on time, to cost and to the highest quality in an efficient manner and with minimal disruptions to your day-to-day life is a tall order.

Between concept and completion, there’s a lot of activity taking place that needs to be tightly managed so that your project runs smoothly and results in a successful outcome. The key to making sure everything comes together is a project management approach that is rigid when it needs to be but flexible enough to adapt to unexpected events.

Some of our responsibilities include:
• Overall project coordination and planning with specific focus on time, cost & performance targets
• Organizing, scheduling and checking deliveries of materials.
• Managing the schedule of work—ensuring the right people are on site in the right order.
• Sourcing furniture, fabrics and accessories.
• Manage trade people (decorators, delivery firms, fitters, upholsterers ) if arranged by us.
• Preparation of all purchase orders
• FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment) purchasing
• Tracking and expediting of all items being purchased
• Delivery That is On-time and According to Plan
• Supervision of installation of all purchased items.
• Continuous Quality Control

CONSULTANCY AREAS
If you are requiring an On Site Consultation, these are costed using two simple area "bands":
ON SITE AREA 1 - This band covers Greater London and the area within the bounds of the M25.
ON SITE AREA 2 - This band covers the whole of Mainland UK outside the M25 and Greater London area.

Over the past 30 years Denise has visited and exhibited at various trade shows, including Maison et Objet, Paris. Milan Furniture show, High Point, London Design week and the Ideal Home Exhibition.

Her design commissions include the board room for the London Metal Exchange, many London restaurants, show-homes all over the South East, County Hall apartments in Central London and many celebrities private homes here and abroad . She has also designed and fitted out a shepherd’s hut!

Denise is known for her eye for detail and has a passion for working with reclaimed materials.
Inspirational half day classes to suit all abilities with experienced tutoring in a relaxed environment.

Workshops are £55 per person to include a designers colour wheel, all samples and a mood board & goodie bag to take home. Max 6 per workshop.

A Virtual Interior design service. £150.00 for two rooms

AREA 1 CONSULTANCY

Full Interior design service in the privacy of your own home or on site for homes within the M25 area.

£250.00 for two rooms refundable on orders relating to that visit exceeding £2,500.00

AREA 2 CONSULTANCY

Full Interior design service in the privacy of your own home or on site for homes anywhere else within Mainland UK.

£500.00 for two rooms refundable on orders relating to that visit exceeding £2,500.00
